Germany interested in implementing the Crossroads of Peace project

"Not only Germany, but the whole of Europe has a great interest in Armenia being able to develop and implement the ambitious "Crossroads of Peace" project in the coming years, which will create communications between Europe and East Asia and bring these regions closer together. All this is connected with the peace agreement and its signing as soon as possible," German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier emphasized at a joint press conference with Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturian.

He also said that as for the development of infrastructure, international investors are needed who are ready to invest in the creation of this infrastructure.

"There is a bilateral connection in this issue. "The greater the stability in this region, the greater the likelihood of finding such investors," Steinmeier emphasized.
