The Crossroads of Peace, the Trump Way and the European Union

The European Union is ready to invest its instruments in “facilitating the Union” not only in the context of the “Trump Way” project, but also in the context of the entire “Crossroads of Peace” initiative. This was stated by the EU Ambassador to Armenia, Vasilis Maragos, in a conversation with journalists in the Syunik region.

“The events and meetings held in Washington on August 8 were positively assessed by the European Union, and since that day we have expressed our readiness to support these initiatives and the alliance. We are ready to put our instruments into action not only within the framework of the “Trump Road” project, but also in the context of the entire “Crossroads of Peace” initiative that the Armenian government announced two years ago,” Maragos said.

“We are very happy that peace is coming. Many details still need to be clarified, but we are here as a reliable partner of Armenia, the Armenian people and the Armenian government to support you in this process,” Maragos noted.
