We offer you an interview with the founder
of the Institute for Harmonious Globalization and Governance, independent
analyst Teimuraz Zakradze.
– Mr. Temur, you stated on social media:
“Were you saying that Trump, together with Putin, would revive the 3+3 format?”
– What did you mean?
– In general, the 3+3 format emerged during Trump’s first presidency and aimed to hand Georgia over to the Moscow empire, which would have meant burying us geopolitically. As you know, 3+3 is the three republics of Transcaucasia – united with Russia, Turkey and Iran. Fortunately, this plan failed then and has no future now because even after 2008, the free world agreed: the bipolar and unipolar order should no longer exist at all. In 2010, former US President Barack Obama declared that a multipolar world should be formed, and in 2011 the Eastern Partnership was announced, that is, the restoration of the Silk Road in a multipolar world on our continent, which has not existed for the last five centuries (as you know, this is why the Georgian nation was excluded from the geopolitical order). As soon as this road is restored, empires will simply cease to exist, they are doomed, and this verdict will be passed on them by the new geopolitical order.
– Could you please clarify why you are so
sure about the demise of empires?
– Because this is a natural process. Why did we not have a normal state for 5 centuries? Because the Silk Road was no longer functioning and we could not participate in the geopolitical order. Eastern Europe became the sphere of influence of the Muscovite Empire, and Russia was considered the pivot state of Eurasia. The Eastern Partnership implies the liberation of Eastern European countries from imperial influences. These countries include states from the Baltics to the Black Sea basin. If until now, Europe-Asia trade was conducted through Moscow, now this route will shift to Eastern Europe. That is why Russia rushed into Ukraine. Before that, it took away Abkhazia and Samachablo from us, thereby limiting us geopolitically, and now it will cut off Ukraine from the coast. That is exactly why Putin needed this war. Now Trump is also helping him...
- Why is Trump helping Putin?
- This is a vast topic, but I will tell you simply: it has always been in the interests of the Moscow oligarchy to have a president come to the White House who would help in the fight against the restoration of the Silk Road and prevent the collapse of the empire. As soon as Moscow loses control over Eastern Europe, it will no longer exist in the form in which it exists. This is not my invention, it is a law of the geopolitical order. That is why the Russians were happy about Trump becoming president, they even opened champagne in the State Duma… As you can see, Trump does not hide his sympathies for Putin, he invited him to the Grand Duchy, rolled out the red carpet for him in Alaska, etc. In short, he is trying to return the outcast to global politics…
– What is your prediction in this regard?
– Trump will not be able to reach our continent; he does not have the leverage to fight against the Silk Road for one simple reason: the USA is not part of this continent. Accordingly, the geopolitical order here is established by Europe under the leadership of Great Britain. I would also like to note here that such a united Europe has never been remembered in history. I mean how they protect Ukraine and help it in every way in the fight against Russia.
– The US also helped Ukraine and now
promises to support Zelensky...
– Trump has lost the United States both its position as a world leader and its authority. Europe has become the leading force of the Eurasian continent and as it decides, so it will be...
– In other words, do you have hope for the
European Union in this situation?
– Not hope, but I am sure of it. Georgia's main task is to fulfill the 9 reservations of Europe's recommendations in order to become a member of this big family.
– If we can consider the 9 reservations,
which of them is the most important?
– In my opinion, the most important point is de-oligarchization, which means legalizing a market economy independent of the state. There should be a banking system independent of the state and a stock market independent of banks. We do not have stock exchanges at all. This is the result of the poverty and banking monopoly in Georgia. Only banks have money. When there are free trading platforms, called stock exchanges, then people are rich, live by fair rules, and the branches of power are actually divided. In particular, the court, the legislature, and the government are independent, as well as democratic institutions and the media. In this case, an independent middle class is formed that finances left-wing parties. They, in turn, compete with right-wing parties, as a result, the balance is restored and a real democratic system is established in the country. What do we have today? Today we have an oligarchic economy, which is why there is no middle class, therefore, no left-wing liberal party functions and there is an autocratic system. The dismantling of this system is the fulfillment of those 9 points.
– According to your statement: “Trump and
his fascist “brigade”
plan to provoke World War III. Renaming the Department
of Defense to the Department of War is the beginning of this plan” ... If we
look at recent events, do you think World War III has already begun?
– World War III has not begun, although there is an attempt to do so. Trump’s plan to start a big war with Iran was thwarted. By the way, he wanted an armed conflict with Iran during his first presidency, but NATO did not allow it. There are very deep geopolitical reasons here. The first persons of the three leading states, who are themselves criminal figures, are fighting to prevent the establishment of a new geopolitical order in the world. I mean the US, Israel and Russia. The capture of the Gaza Strip is as vital for Israel as Crimea is for Moscow. In the new geopolitical order, Israel is losing serious influence, so it is trying to seize certain territories through war, at the expense of which it will be able to use its own leverage and maintain its statehood. That is why these three powers are pursuing an aggressive, genocidal policy and, based on common interests, are trying to maintain their positions as world leaders. That is why the danger of starting a major war has arisen, but fortunately, they have not yet reached everything. Let me give you an example: when Bush wanted to go to war with Iraq, NATO did not support him, but Bush separately formed a coalition of other countries and still managed to win.
– Can Trump do the same?
– It will not be able to, because it does not even have a chance to create a separate coalition, other states have already attacked, no one supports it anymore, and without support, no one will start a war. The danger of provocation remains, there will always be petty conflicts, but the geopolitical arrangement that exists in the world today and which Europe directs does not allow for the outbreak of war.
– Can we assess the drone incursion into
Polish airspace on September 10 as the provocation you mentioned? Russian
drones were shot down for the first time on the territory of a NATO member
state, how would you comment on this fact?
– Yes, it may be so, although this is a complex topic, Moscow is trying to undermine European unity, at the same time it would rather lose a war with NATO than with Ukraine. A defeat with NATO would help the empire mobilize and maintain power, while a defeat with Ukraine would be a disaster for it and the empire. Poland is no longer a weak country. It is already being held accountable by major powers. Back in 1991, two months after the death of the USSR, the Warsaw Stock Exchange was opened, Balcerovich was the guru of this market economy, who implemented everything, and today the Warsaw Stock Exchange occupies one of the leading positions. According to World Military, its capitalization is 252 billion dollars, and the entire economy has become more than 1 trillion. The Polish economy has officially crossed the $1 trillion mark, joining the top 20 countries, the club of countries with economies exceeding $1 trillion. This is what led to Poland's membership in the European Union. Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk has already called this a historic event, while Radosław Sikorski, in turn, added that Warsaw will now submit a petition for membership in the G20 club. However, after the fall of the communist regime, the collapse of the socialist camp and the victory of soligarnosm in the elections, Poland inherited a terrible economic crisis and inflation. There was practically no money in the country, but the Poles, despite the radical reforms of Leszek Balcerowicz (the creator of the Polish miracle), did not break. Warsaw's first goal, in addition to the recovery of the economy, was to completely eradicate the Communist Party nomenclature from absolutely all spheres, which they eventually succeeded in doing. The country took a course on a market economy and Westernization, which after 30 years made Poland the most powerful financial and military power in Eastern Europe (until Ukraine replaced it in military power) and, most importantly, a stable and developed country. Without a free market, there is no democratic system, without which you cannot join the European family, that is, a free market is the number one indicator of the quality of democracy. We do not deserve to be in the European Union with an oligarchic economy. Europe tells us the same thing: de-oligarchize, have a free market, free the judiciary and media, make it independent, and then the country will join the European family. . . Just as you can’t let goats into a vineyard, they won’t let us into these institutions – in Europe. The economy is the foundation of a democratic state system.
– All the ruling powers claimed that we had
a free market. . .
– What are you saying, all political
efforts were spent for 33 years on preventing the legalization of a market
economy in Georgia, because this is the foundation of democracy and a full
guarantee of getting out of Moscow’s orbit ... Zviad Gamsakhurdia was
overthrown and killed precisely because of his attempt to introduce a market
economy... Democrat Clinton demanded a market economy from Shevardnadze.
Balcerovich – They even sent us a Polish market guru, who was shamelessly
removed and his recommendations were not implemented. Barack Obama demanded a
market economy from the “National Movement” government, not only did he not
fulfill this demand, but the libertarian lunatic “Nazsastav” legalized a
banking monopoly. Misha is directly to blame for this... So, let’s not even
repeat the “defeat corruption” slogan, the banking monopoly is precisely a
paradise for corruption... Now the “Sastav” is distributed among various
parties and their only goal is to prevent de-oligarchization.
Some of them help the “Georgian Dream” in
its legitimization, while the other part is silent like a partisan about the 9
reservations and de-oligarchization.
What the American Democrats demanded is now the demand of democratic Europe.
– What is the Middle East like today in
your imagination?
– A masked bear (I don’t use the word Russian) stood next to the Asian dragon (China) and the elephant (India), here Europe has completely “snubbed” Trump’s America, because Europe is the geopolitical “chief” of the continent and it is not America’s business to interfere in the local order. I have said many times that Europe, thanks to the courage of Great Britain, is united as never before and is restoring the order of the Silk Road.
– Where does Georgia stand at this time?
– Georgia is Eastern Europe. They didn’t
invite us to Beijing. They wouldn’t invite us to Beijing either, because Asia
wouldn’t dare to make any claims against us, that is, they wouldn’t be able to
put Georgia next to Putin. They can’t reach us. It’s as if we’re not there,
neither here… In reality, we are where we should be – on the border of two
worlds, at the crossroads of the West and the East.
The Russian bear’s place is the northern
ice and it will remain there (in the best case scenario, on the borders of the
Moscow region and Arkhangelsk). The dragon’s bridle and the elephant’s rope
will be in the hands of the one who will pave the way to the European market.
Well, what’s the point of uniting Asia if they can’t sell what they have and
buy what they need? Who should the elephant and the dragon trade with? Of
course, with Europe. They need a road leading to the largest and richest
European market. So, where is the shortest way from Asia to Europe?!
I am taking this opportunity to address all of Georgia: in this period of colossal geopolitical “earthquakes”, stop gossiping about the pseudo-politics of the past, my compatriots! How long will you have to worry about marriages, lovers, Bugatti and a thousand other nonsense? Aren’t you tired of it? We have a homeland that should become the pole state of the continent, and what are you wasting your time on?!
