The company "Lilo 1" was founded in 2006 and currently represents the largest warehouse logistics center in the Caucasus. The company's territory is divided into two main parts: a customs warehouse area (with appropriate permission) and a non-customs warehouse area. The total area is 230,000 sq.m., and the warehouse area is 95,000 sq.m.
The following types of warehouses are located in the area:
· Dry +10; +22 degrees
· Refrigerator +15; -28 degrees
· Pharma +2; +24 degrees
· Parking for trucks and small distribution vehicles
· Railway tracks
· Office spaces
· Cafe
