Investment Proposal - Georgia

The construction of Anaklia port is one of the most important elements of the Middle Corridor on the Black Sea.

According to the information announced by the Government of Georgia, the depth of Anaklia port (20.5 meters) will make it possible to receive panamax and post-panamax type ships. The Anaklia project envisages the construction of 32 berths. The new port, which will occupy an area of more than 3,000 hectares, will be able to process 60-70 million tons of cargo per year.

We own a land plot of 120 hectares, 13 kilometers from the port of Anaklia.

Behind the plot there is a state-owned plot of up to 200 hectares (Sac. code 45.06.30.045), which can be auctioned if there is an appropriate initiative.

Preference will be given to qualified companies in the field of logistics for consideration of the investment proposal. In case of interest of the potential investor, it is possible to discuss the project in detail in accordance with the proven standard.
