The transportation corridor, including the "Middle Corridor" as it’s component, starts in the east on the coast of the Yellow Sea (or Pacific Ocean) in China, located at the Lianyungang seaport, and ends in the west at the seaports of Georgia located on the Black Sea coast.
Regardless of discussions, actions, or negotiations held in Astana, Dushanbe, Ashgabat, Tashkent, Bishkek, Baku, and Ankara, the fundamental reality remains unchanged: Beijing generates cargo movement within this corridor, while Tbilisi provides cargo transfer to the European Union.
When a meeting of representatives of countries from "Middle Corridor" is held at any level, if a representative of Beijing occupies one end of the table, a representative of Tbilisi must sit at the other end.
Despite efforts by representatives from the capitals listed above to change this situation, no one can change this fact - especially Moscow!
